When I will enjoy the best day trips from san francisco, then I will visit 17 Mile Scenic Drive, Pebble Beach, Cypress Point, Seal Rock, Fisherman's Warf, Carmel town and Monterey Bay Aquarium places there. But I have no idea which hotel is best there for enjoying the dining. Would you have any idea regarding this?

It seems like a complete package of fun and for dining options I would suggest Club Quarters Hotel Embarcadero. I personally had a good time there and I am sure you will also enjoy it. By the way, also share what kind of cuisine are you interested in?
